"The people at Optimal Hospice were patient and caring. With their help, Dave was comfortable at home with loved ones."

All Optimal Hospice Care volunteers are required to go through an application and orientation training process. To be a hospice volunteer all you need is a little time, a caring nature and a willingness to listen and be a friend. Optimal provides all the training and ongoing support that you will need to have a successful, rewarding volunteer experience.
You will need to complete the application process to begin your volunteer journey. Download an Application, print out and complete the application. Once you have completed the application, contact the Volunteer Coordinator in your area for information on how to get started with your training.
