Registered Nurse

 

The Registered Nurse must have a valid California State Board of Nursing license is required.You must have a minimum of one-year professional nursing experience within the last three years, and pass a pre-employment physician’s health clearance, drug screen and a negative TB test. A current CPR card, valid California driver’s license, and a insured automobile in good working condition is also required. The RN positions require the ability to be self-directed and work with little supervision. It requires excellent observation and assessment skills, good nursing judgment, and a high level of communication skills combined with good written documentation that is achieved in a timely manner.Interpersonal skill strength is essential in your role working with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest level of patient care. The RN also must provide support to the patient, family and caretakers, which includes information, education, and assistance with continuity of care with related providers.
