As a non-profit organization, Optimal Hospice Foundation relies on tax-deductible donations, fundraising events and volunteers to support hospice services and community programs.

Through a commemorative gift, donors have the opportunity to remember special individuals. While honoring this person’s life, it also helps the individual realize the special impact that person had on their life and reflect upon the memories that live forever.

The Foundation hosts several events throughout the year as part of its fundraising and community outreach activities. Volunteers are always needed to serve on event organizing committees or assist in the Foundation office.
