Hospice families and the community are invited to sponsor a light in memory of a loved one or to honor someone living. For each gift a light will be placed on the tree in tribute to their loved one.

The Light Up A Life ceremony will include a tree lighting, a personalreflection by a hospice family member and the reading of the memorial names by hospice nurses and volunteers.

Modesto, CA 95350

All proceeds from event will provide hospice services to patients andfamilies.
